About the GNHCC Business Expo: The 2011 GNHCC Business Expo has quickly become one of the state’s premier business-to-business events. In 2010, the one-day Expo drew over several thousand quality people and promises to be even better with an impressive lineup of speakers and new opportunities to build business connections.
The Expo is produced and managed by the Greater the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce staff, and a group of dedicated volunteers from the business community.
The GNHCC Business EXPO features a full day of educational seminars aimed at building business, as well as over 100 exhibits. Hot stops on the showfloor include the keynote with MSNBC’s JJ Ramberg; Taste of the Chamber, which offers a tasty sampling of 12 of Greater New Haven’s finest restaurants; Greater New Haven Leadership Center’s Afternoon Dessert Reception; educational seminars; and the winner’s of the Chamber’s Health Challenge will be announced!
Expo Facts:
- The annual GNHCC Business Expo is produced and managed in-house by the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce staff, and a group of dedicated volunteers from the business community.
- Show begins at 7:30 a.m. with WNPR’S ‘Where We Live’ Live Broadcast Breakfast reception, showfloor opens at 10 a.m., and expo closes at 5 p.m.
- It features over 100 exhibits and attracts several thousand visitors from throughout Connecticut.
- Expo is a business-to-business event.
- Free general admission. Open to the public.
- The Expo is a great opportunity for businesses to network, get educated, have fun and get inspired.
- Free educational seminars for businesses and their staff. Topics include sales growth, social media, and leadership.
- Each of the Chamber’s different councils will each host their own event at Expo. The councils include Small Business, Health Care, Human Resource, Technology, Nonprofit Resource, and the young professionals group-PULSE.
